- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
- Photos of the shipping carton and shipping label
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
