Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the shipping carton and shipping label.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), Okanha Supply will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange eligible products for the same item if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
